The Mandaue Investment Promotions Action Center (MIPAC) took part of the annual Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) of Mandaue City headed by the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) that was conducted from January 2 to 24, 2020.
One of the mandates of MIPAC is to assist businesses and ensure the ease of doing business in the City. With the annual Business One-Stop- Shop, our office was able to accommodate and assist thousands of business processors in the City of Mandaue.
Through the efforts of the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Mandaue City was able to shorten the processes from 16 steps last year down to 3 steps. By the end of January, BPLO was able to issue 7, 512 final business permits which translates to 1000% increase compared to last year.
