Mandaue City Mayor Jonas C. Cortes, during the Investment Forum held last February 11, 2020, discussed the City’s economic growth and changes particularly relating to the City’s Land Use Plan (CLUP) where the 5 Planned Unit of Developments (PUDs) were identified with the following themes:
PUD 1: Civic and Trade Center Development;
PUD 2: Light Industrial Park Development;
PUD 3: Residential – Commercial Mixed- Use Development;
PUD 4: Recreation and Tourism Development; and
PUD 5: Medium Industrial Park Development.
Mandaue City is continuously growing, thriving and with the different developments herein, Mayor Jonas Cortes called for everyone’s participation and asked to enjoin current and future locators in the identified PUDs to align with the City’s plans.
